We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The design of the resort is truly amazing, creating a tranquil and beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with the added luxury of a terrace, heated plunge pool, and access to a harmony pond. The hotel staff, with the exception of one, were all very friendly and courteous, going out of their way to provide great service. The breakfast was delicious, and the food in general was very tasty. We also appreciated the convenient transfer options to the city and back, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise, fulfilling every need with its exclusive amenities. the service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond. the spa and wellness centre offers a variety of treatments, including a steam room and Turkish bath. the outdoor heated swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant serves delicious halal food and in-room breakfast is available upon request. the picnic area could be improved, as there were limited tables and chairs.
Despite the exceptional service and amenities, the only negative aspect was the lack of a clear view of the mountains from the pool area due to an obstructed path. this hotel provided an unforgettable experience.
